Playbook Arcade provides independent digital guides and original tools.
Access and files
An unlock, when checkout is enabled, covers the stated edition of the selected guide and its listed resources. It does not include in-game items, access to a third-party game, a recurring subscription or every guide on this site.
Personal use
You may read, download and print the files for your own use. Do not resell or redistribute them. Game names belong to their respective owners.
Digital delivery
After Stripe confirms a successful payment, the selected guide and its listed downloads become available on this site. Delivery can take a short time while payment is verified. If confirmation is delayed, use the confirmation retry link or contact support; do not pay for the same guide again. No physical product is shipped.
Refund policy
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once the purchased digital content has been delivered. Please read the opening chapters, edition scope and resource list before paying. A game update after purchase, a preferred play style or a different in-game result does not by itself qualify for a discretionary refund; this edition does not promise future updates or guaranteed results.
This policy does not exclude or limit cancellation rights, legal guarantees or any refund required by applicable consumer law. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and has not been validly lost, it remains available.
Delivery or billing problems
If the same purchase was charged twice, the paid content cannot be delivered, a file is defective, or a promised resource is missing or materially different from the offer, contact support. We will investigate and provide a working delivery or correction, or issue an appropriate refund when required or when we cannot resolve the problem. A duplicate confirmed charge will be refunded.
How to ask for help
Use the support email below and include your checkout email, guide name, Stripe receipt reference and a brief description of the issue. Do not send your card number or game password. Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunding an order ends its online reading, tool and download access; files already downloaded cannot be remotely erased.
Keeping your guide
Access is remembered in each verified browser for 30 days. Use My library and your checkout email to restore access on another browser or after clearing cookies. Each guide is purchased separately; refunded or disputed orders do not restore access. Download the files to keep your edition offline. If delivery fails, contact support with your Stripe receipt reference.
